VinoCappuccino

lately i’ve been hopping from one café to the next in tübingen, where i mostly live. sometimes i bring a book, sometimes i don’t. sometimes i just sit there and do nothing.

is that peace? freedom? just letting go? no idea tbh.

my days move fast. i work and study somewhere between medicine and machine learning, and some days there are just too many thoughts and too much new stuff. what actually helps is something really simple: a glass of vino or a cappuccino, and nothing else to do. a book, at most.

i grew up somewhere beautifully quiet between two small villages in the german countryside. since then i’ve spent time in south america and on the arabian peninsula, and made friends who couldn’t be more different from each other. being between worlds and connecting them is what i enjoy most.

that’s also why there’s a map. i want to know where my next moment like this is waiting, in which city, on which corner of the world. every vino and cappuccino you drop helps someone find their next quiet spot, and the ranking shows where those moments pile up.
